1 lemon sliced in quarters
2 tsp castor sugar
6-8 mint leaves
2 shots white rum (Baccardi or Havana)
1-1 & 1/2 shots Pont Passionate Pomegranate Juice
Lemonade or soda water
Assemble as follow in a glass:
Muddle sliced lemon and castor sugar together well. Add mint leaves . Top up with crushed ice. Add two shots of white Rum.
Mix through well with spoon. Add 1 to 1 & 1/2 shots of Pomegranate Juice. Mix through. Top up with crushed ice.
Top up with lemonade or soda water to taste.
