Pomegranate & Greek jogurt delight

This easy dessert is always a firm favourite with friends & family and when selling it on festivals! Beware, it becomes addictive!

500 g tub of Greek joghurt ( I prefer Dairybelle for its thick, even consistency)

Ruby Syrup ( plain, chilli or rose)

Pomegranate Preserve (plain , chilli or rose)

Cashew nuts


Scoop approximately 125ml portions of  Greek joghurt into desert bowls or glasses.  Pour 15 ml pomegranate syrup ( flavour of your choice)  on top in each bowl. Scoop 1 teaspoon of pomegranate preserve on top of that. Place 3 cashew nuts on top and serve.
