Nutty Greek Yoghurt with Ruby Syrup

Serves one:

250ml Greek yoghurt

20ml unsalted cashew nuts

20ml fresh pomegranate arils

20ml Passionate Pomegranate Ruby Syrup

Roast unsalted cashew nuts on medium heat in a dry non-stick frying pan till slightly coloured. Be careful not to burn. Leave to cool to room temperature. Spoon Greek yoghurt into a glass bowl. Sprinkle with roasted Cashews and fresh Pomegranate arils. Drizzle generously with Passionate Pomegranate Ruby Syrup.
