Marinated Goats Cheese

220g goats cheese

40 ml olive oil

220g goats cheese

40 ml olive oil

40 ml Ruby Splash

½  tsp fresh rosemary leaves chopped

1 small fresh red chilli, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced

1 tsp finely grated lime rind

 

Place goats cheese in a serving dish.

Combine the oil, herbs, chilli and lime rind in a small bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Pour over cheese. Set aside for 1 hour to marinade.
