Serve on a bed of rocket with baked baby tomatoes to the side and slices of freshly baked stoneground bread to mop up the zesty marinade
1 tot Pont Pomegranate Juice 1 1/2 tots Rum 1/2 tots Maraschino liqueur 1 Tots fresh lime juice 1 tots Ruby syrup Lime for garnish Mix all ingredients together over ice and serve in a stemmed glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

In a champagne glass or flute, dissolve 1 tbsp Ruby Splash Pomegranate reduction and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters in 3 tots of grapefruit juice. Top with 3 tots Sparkling dry wine or Champagne.
A herby twist
2 cups Pont pomegranate juice 1 1/2 cups vodka 1/2 cup Ruby Syrup 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 1/2 cup fresh lime juice Directions: Dissolve Ruby Syrup in Vodka. Mix Pomegranate Juice, Vodka, Orange Juice and lime juice. Serve over crushed ice.
