Garnet Chef Reduction and Garlic Dipping Sauce

125ml Passionate Pomegranate Garnet Chef reduction

1 clove of garlic grated

A pinch of fresh thyme chopped

In a glass bowl, whisk together Passionate Pomegranate Garnet Chef reduction, chopped thyme and grated garlic. Pour into a small dipping bowl. Serve with chunks of freshly baked foccacia or other freshly home-baked bread, olive oil, olives, baby tomatoes and slices of fried aubergine.
