Green Salad with Ruby Syrup and Ruby Splash Dressing

Serves four:

4 handfuls of rocket leaves

1 handful of young spinach leaves

1 or 2 avocados cut in slices

1 clove of garlic

1 small red onion sliced

20 ml Passionate Pomegranate Ruby Syrup

20 ml Passionate Pomegranate Ruby Splash

2 Tbs of toasted sunflower & sesame seeds

2 ml salt

Toast seeds with 2ml salt on low to medium heat in a dry non-stick pan. Take care not to burn. Cut clove of garlic in half and rub inside of salad bowl well with cut end. Discard. Toss rocket and spinach leaves in a salad bowl and place slices of avocado on top. Sprinkle with toasted seeds. Mix Passionate Pomegranate Splash and Ruby Syrup together and drizzle over salad.
